The Dutch Pavilion has won the Golden Bee Award at the XXIII Triennale di Milano. The pavilion has been commissioned by Het Nieuwe Instituut, the Netherlands’ Museum for Architecture, Design and Digital Culture. Entitled Have we met? humans and non-humans on common ground, the Dutch Pavilion promotes new ways for understanding our planet as a shared space for plants, microbes, humans and other animals.
The XXIII International Exhibition of La Triennale di Milano, titled Unknown Unknowns, runs from 15 July to 11 December 2022 in Milan. The Triennale presents the Bee Awards to recognise three international participants on the basis of the precision of their interpretation of the theme and the quality and relevance of the ideas they put forth.
